Band Camps start next week for the following:          Camp Volunteers Needed

Percussionists  - Monday at 8:00 am
Leadership  - Monday at 12:00 am
Guard - Monday at 1:00 pm
New marchers  - Wednesday 10:00 am

When you report to camp, please bring:
-          a package of 9 oz. cups (no Styrofoam)
-          your instrument
-          wear sneakers
-          water bottle
-          sunblock
First Aid and Medical forms must be submitted by first day of camp.  Please contact FirstAid@HerndonBand.org, if you have questions regarding which forms you already submitted.

Upcoming payments due

  • 2nd Marching Band Payment due on July 15th  - Past due – If not paid, please place in red box during camp 
  • 3rd Marching Band Payment due on August 15th
  • Concert Fee due October 1st

Information for 2014 – 2015 School Year

The 2014-2015 school year is approaching fast.  We congratulate our seniors and wish them all the luck in their future endeavors.  We welcome our new students and parents to the HHS Band Program.

Congratulations to the the HHS Band for being named a 2013-2014 Honor Band by the Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors Association (VBODA).  The Herndon Band program includes a Wind Ensemble Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, Marching Band, Guard, and Winter Indoor Drumline.
